Package includes:

Starlit LED Dance Floor
(12ft x 12ft)

Ensure awesome dance floor pic's.

Our floors are available in white or black acrylic.

We will supply enough panels to create a 12ft x 12ft dance floor or size upgrades are available.

Giant Light-Up Initials

Use giant light up letters as a photographic backdrop or we can program them with the DJ/disco setup.
Our letters are 4ft high in white.

Letters can be upgraded to words, surnames or "MR & MRS".


You and your guests can upload selfies, messages and event pic's direct from your smart devices strait to the iPhoto display. 

Includes iPhoto capture challenge to be added to each guest table.

How to use cards to be added to each table.

No apps needed.

At the end of the event we'll create an online gallery from all the shared media.

Package Value

(before transport fee)


Transport fee will be calculated per mile on the distance between our unit and the venue.

Booking & Payment Process

To secure a booking with us firstly we’ll need to check availability and transport costs.

If the date is available, we’ll send you an estimate and contract via email.

The contract will need to be signed agreeing to our terms and condition this will be via a link at the bottom of your estimate email (please ensure all details are correct before agreeing).


Next step will be payment of booking fee. You will receive an email with methods of paying this.

The booking fee is 20% of the estimate total.

Once funds are received your booking with A J Events Services Ltd will be confirmed.


Remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event date.


Payments can be made via:

Your online account with us, bank transfer, cheque (under £1000, 40 days prior event date), and cash via scheduled meeting.
